Coaching to accelerate the onboarding process - our search process makes provision for one to one coaching to stimulate rapid integration of your new executive. Productivity increases with a structured onboarding process. We support new hires in making their transition between organisations, pre-start preparation and integration with the new organisation.

Executive assessment - we utilise a range of tools to enable us to rigorously assess the capabilities of your executives. We do this as a stand-alone service in support of investors and boards who wish to benchmark their leadership teams against the forward strategy of the organisation. We also utilise assessment within our search process to best inform the hiring team of the strengths, developmental areas, culture “fit” and potential risks associated with each short-listed candidate.

Top team assessment and development - deploying a range of tools and techniques, we assess and support the development of your top team. Succession planning - your board plays a crucial role in executive succession planning. We assist boards through executive and team assessment, coaching, mentoring and team development, salary benchmarking and “dry search” processes and also through our board review service.

Internal candidate assessment - clients often have internal candidates for executive roles. We provide an independent view on their “fit” for the role, benchmarked against executive norms from the wider market. During executive searches we provide an objective view on internal candidates. We work very closely with your hiring team to handle the often complex human sensitivities.

1st time CEO/CFO board mentoring - where clients seek to secure “rising stars” or “first-timers” we provide mentoring and coaching to help manage the transition into the top job, maximise potential for success and help accelerate the performance of executives new to board membership. This enables our search service to tap into a greater pool of talent and to bring additional exciting candidates through to your short-list.

Board composition review - where a board has not forged consensus on the role profile for either executive or non-executive positions, we conduct a review of board composition. This takes into account balance of the board (inclusion and diversity, thinking styles, experience, knowledge and skills), and the demands placed on your board by the forward strategy.
