We help clients to find and assimilate exceptionally talented leaders, be that executive or non-executive. Our long-term perspective often sees us work with clients over multiple years. We help them to build their board and top team always with an eye to the demands of forward strategy, the developing team and organisational culture and perspectives on the needs placed on contemporary leadership. We have a strong focus on helping clients to best define and achieve “fit” during and beyond the hiring process.

Successful processes require rigorous analysis of both market and candidates, we do both.

Drawn from major global search firms such as Heidrick & Struggles, Kornferry, Odgers Berndtson and Russell Reynolds, each of our consultants have over 20 years of search consulting and leadership services experience. Aggregating senior experience into a small boutique where we are all owners of our businesses brings great benefits to clients in agility, customer service, bespoke design of process, flexibility and the “ownership” of projects, results and relationships.

Our assignments are designed to suit situation and context and often contain additional services. For example; a recent NED search process included a board composition review, our appointment of a CFO included both onboarding coaching and board mentoring and a recent CEO process included executive assessment and onboarding coaching.

Balancing both executive and non-executive teams with diverse thinking styles is an important aspect of what we do. We have been delivering diversity, in all its forms, for over 15 years. In that time, we have become expert at finding exceptional talent from new and refreshed networks and through rigorous and targeted research.
